CRUSHING/ROLLER

The material passes through 2 sets of speed Grinding Rollers. The mixture of clay and sand is thoroughly and finely ground so that there will not be any lumps present in the final mix. The first machine is called as Rough roller and the second one is called as Fine roller. The mixture is poured in between the 2 rollers.

The gap between rollers is around 5 mm in the rough roller machine and around 1 mm in the fine roller machine. This process improves water permeability and makes clay more manageable , thereby increasing the final finish and the quality of the end product.

The heavy duty rollers are used to pulverized.The pulverized ingredients are mixed with required water and passed into a de-airing chamber.
